As a Market Development Specialist, your work will be critical to expanding our clients qualified lead opportunities. They have created a successful outbound marketing campaign, which you’ll be responsible for managing. You’ll utilize our content-rich emails and follow-up with phone calls. Your goal will be to qualify and engage prospects, and schedule meetings for Wind River’s team of specialists.

This position is part-time, working approximately 15- 24 hours per week. The work schedule will be during our normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM), but we’re flexible on the specific hours/days worked.
Support the sales pipeline by setting appointments with potential customers and strategic software channel partners.
Contact prospects on targeted lists through a combination of emails and follow up phone calls, seeking to identify and engage key decision makers. (Approximately 40 emails and 40 calls per day.)
Accurately qualify leads, and secure quality appointments.
Manage and update leads in our CRM.
Use supporting materials to communicate our value proposition, while listening actively for needs and objections.
Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening.
A resilient self-starter with a drive to achieve results.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Outbound calling experience. B2B sales experience a plus.
