Freelance (Remote) Growth Marketer

We are looking for a talented Growth Marketer to join a skilled team of freelancers.
As the Growth Marketer, you’ll be working alongside the Growth Lead to optimize conversion funnels, discover new acquisition opportunities, and scale best practices. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in growth and have experience in working with online advertising platforms like Google, Facebook, content marketing etc. This is a fast pace, high growth opportunity perfect for an individual who wants to challenge themselves and the team to create the next generation of life insurance products.

-Passion for social / engagement performance / Growth marketing – enjoys the world of social media and has a proven understanding of using Facebook, Instagram and other major social channels for paid / organic user acquisition
-Eagerness to learn how to convert web and social traffic into qualified leads, using a range of targeting strategies
-Basic knowledge of testing, optimization, using creative and content to drive lead and conversion performance
-Driven by analytics and data (e.g. demographics, targeting, customer value) when making decisions
-Team-focused, emphasizing cooperation with design/creative, product, engineering and other teams to achieve goals
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
-A doer – you do what it takes to achieve our goals, whether it’s creating an ad, targeting, researching audiences or creating and analyzing A/B test results
-Highly self-motivated, have a stellar work ethic and seeking company to foster personal growth

1-2 years experience with social and online marketing
Marketing/Business background


-Develop new growth initiatives. Including campaign ideation, customer segmentation and messaging strategies for various channels (Facebook, Instagram, SEM, Video, Display, etc.)
-Work effectively with our creative & tech team
-Pull weekly campaign marketing reports and regularly analyze performance
-Work on creative and copy with our creative team to fulfill channel objectives
-Launch and optimize lead nurturing and win-back campaigns
-Manage and optimize cross-channels campaigns towards KPIs on cost per lead and sales
-Work with our writers team on generating content for our blog and develop our social marketing strategy
-Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
